Who is Philly Sports Trips?

We are a dynamic team of sports travel experts dedicated to creating amazing experiences for passionate sports fans all around the world.

Can I book my own airfare instead of the flights included in the full trip package?

Yes, you can! Choose the “self-travel” option when booking to join us from anywhere in the world. Note: Self-Travel Packages do not include airport transfers.

Do you offer tailgate-only packages? Events only packages?

Tailgate-only packages and/or Events Only packages (such as Player Q&A and Ticket & Tailgate packages) may become available after full trip packages are sold out, typically 30-60 days before the event. This is not guaranteed for every trip and is based on availability.

What is the purpose of paying the deposit?

Your deposit secures your spot on the trip, ensuring best access to flights, hotels, ticket upgrades, and more. It’s essential for securing your place on our highly anticipated trips.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer convenient and flexible payment plans. You’ll receive email notifications for each payment, ensuring a stress-free way to plan financially for your sports travel package. 

When can I expect full trip details after paying a deposit?

Additional trip details are released once professional sports schedules and dates are available. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way and provide all the details you need. Final details are included in the trip itinerary which is sent out 1-2 weeks prior to your trip.

What is your refund policy?

All deposits and payments are non-refundable, as stated on our trip pages. Any exceptions will be clearly listed. Be sure to let us know as far in advance as possible if extenuating circumstances affect your reservation so the team can evaluate if any exceptions to this policy can be made.

Is travel insurance provided?

Travel insurance can be purchased for each trip. Details are available here: https://product.wetravel.com/travel-insurance.

Will I be sitting with the rest of the group at the game?  Where are the seats?

In general, seats are upper level, with limited lower level options available as add-ons. We do our best to keep the entire group together but each stadium has different availability/seating arrangements.

Are game tickets ADA accessible?

We work with our ADA guests to request ADA game tickets with our ticket partners. This is not always guaranteed but we will do our best to help try and make this possible for you.

How do I accept the game tickets?

Mobile tickets will be emailed 24-48 hours before game day. A smart phone (iOS or Android) is required to access the venue. You cannot print game tickets.

Can I sit with my friends and family at the game?

Let us know who you want to be seated with (for travel, events, and games) in the “Notes to Organizer” section upon booking. We will ensure your group stays together to the best of our ability.

When will I find out more information about the event I signed up for?

Be sure to check the associated trip page for additional details and updates. A detailed trip itinerary will be sent between 1-2 weeks prior to your trip. Stay tuned for more communications from the Philly Sports Trips team! We aim to keep you informed each step of the way. 

Can I extend my hotel stay before or after the trip dates provided?

Yes, let us know the dates you and your party plan on staying and we will work with the hotel to keep you in the same room(s). An associated cost will be applied to your balance if you decide to extend your stay.

What types of food and beverages are provided at your all-inclusive events?

We will send full itineraries via email with booked guests within 1-2 weeks of the trip. Be sure to check the associated trip page for any menu updates. Guests can add any allergies or gluten free requests in the “Notes to Organizer” section upon booking.

Do I need a REAL ID to travel?

Starting May 7, 2025, the TSA will require all travelers to present a REAL ID-compliant form of identification for domestic air travel. Please visit https://www.dhs.gov/real-id for a list of REAL ID Acceptable Alternative Identification options.
