MARCH 21ST UPDATE: FULL AND SELF-TRAVEL PACKAGES are now released! Our scouting trip was absolutely incredible and 100% necessary. This is NOT a trip you want to do on your own for many reasons. FINDINGS FROM OUR MARCH SCOUTING TRIP: Brazil is a special place and ranks up there with some of the most beautiful places in the world. It reminds us of other destinations that we have visited such as Italy and Hawaii. We also found that there are some places that you should not stay and where you should not go. We hand picked our two amazing properties out of an abundance of caution and putting safety and relaxation as our top two priorities. We partnered with the best local Brazilian travel agency and loaded up our time in Rio with amazing tours, dinners, and other experiences. This is not your average trip. São Paulo is essentially New York City and we decided to ditch the traffic and noise to relax a little bit longer at our ALL-INCLUSIVE resort to end the trip. 7-nights in Brazil while only taking 4 days off from work (9/2 is Labor Day) sounds like a good deal to us.
This could quite possibly be the best trip we have ever planned. We take this seriously and you can confidently trust us to guide you through the entire process from now until September. We are traveling to Brazil together as a family just like any other trip. This trip will be incredible and we can’t wait to take the fans on this amazing journey. Deposit
The $999 per person deposit is required to secure your spot for your Brazil Vacation. All deposits are nonrefundable. This trip is in high-demand and we recommend that all guests interested in this trip package pay the deposit to secure their spot as soon as possible.

HOTEL #1: Hotel Nacional Rio de Janeiro (5 Stars)
LOCATION: Rio de Janeiro – in front of São Conrado’s sea
DATES: 8/31- 9/5 (5 NIGHTS)
HIGHLIGHTS: daily breakfast included, great restaurants, huge pool, many bars, and direct beach access
MORE DETAILS: Historical and Cultural Humanity Heritage, the Hotel Nacional is a true work of art in front of São Conrado’s sea. Designed by Oscar Niemeyer and landscaped by Burle Marx, Hotel Nacional is home to unique and memorable experiences in the Marvelous City. The Nacional has a strategic location, with easy access to the beach, airports, shopping and main leisure spots in the Marvelous City, between Pedra da Gávea and Morro Dois Irmãos. HOTEL #2: Club Med Lake Paradise ALL-INCLUSIVE Resort (5 Stars)
LOCATION: 1 hour outside of São Paulo
DATES: 9/5 – 9/7 (2 NIGHTS)
HIGHLIGHTS: Everything is included here – breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, sports and recreational activities, and evening entertainment
DETAILS: A nature holiday in an exceptional setting an hour’s drive from São Paulo – this is a “Lakeside Club Med”. Green reigns supreme, down to the 18-hole golf course’s fabulous putting greens. Alongside tennis or mountain biking, you can learn to sail or try your hand at stand up paddleboarding on Lake Represa Taiaçupeba – ideal for water sports. When it’s time to cool down, you have a number of pools to choose from, or a relaxing session at Club Med Spa. Travel Visa
April 10 Update: Visas are not required until 2025! GO BIRDS!
At this time, there is a visa requirement starting on April 10, 2024 for all passport holders traveling to Brazil. However, We recommend waiting to start the process of obtaining a visa until that date because there is speculation from our Brazil contacts that this date will get pushed back. Therefore, we don’t want our customers to waste any time or money on this requirement until it is set in stone. We recommend monitoring the official visa site for more information as we approach April: https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/. We will continue to share updates with the group, but this is a very simple process and should take only 1-2 weeks.
Passports
IMPORTANT: A passport is required to travel to Brazil. To enter Brazil, your passport must have an expiration date at least 6 months after the date you arrive. Renew your passport right away if you need to. You will be denied entry if you do not have a valid travel document or try to use a passport that has been reported lost or stolen. This process normally takes 6-8 weeks, but could take longer so do not delay!
