Philadelphia Eagles Legend, Vince Papale, will be joining us at our Q&A event on Sunday in Clearwater Beach and David Akers will be joining us for our tailgate party! Former Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle, Hollis Thomas, will also be joining us on the trip all weekend!
The NFL Schedule is out and many fans have circled Tampa for several good reasons. First of all, we will be staying in Clearwater Beach. We have the privilege to travel to Clearwater every March for Spring Training with hundreds of Phillies fans and this time around we will be flooding the beach with green. The Philadelphia Eagles will be playing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday, September 25th at 7:15PM.
The John Kincade Show crew from 97.5 The Fanatic will be joining us on this year’s incredible trip to Tampa! They will be doing their show live from Clearwater Beach! Anthony Gargano and Choonis are also making it down to Clearwater! We love having 97.5 The Fanatic join us on our trips: Tampa, Denver, Vegas, Arizona, and now back to Tampa! Below is our current plan for our amazing 4-day weekend in Clearwater.
This package includes a private charter flight from PHI, charter bus airport and game-day transfers, 4 night stay at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach right near all the action, upper level game tickets, and two awesome events including an all-inclusive tailgate party before MNF.
Our hotel is absolutely incredible with private beach access and a beautiful pool. There are plenty of great restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area. Pier 60 is right around the corner and is a great place to see live performers and do some outdoor shopping. We have LOTS of recommendations for your free day which will be included in the itinerary. Our on-site coordinators will also assist with anything you need during the trip and will help you get the most out of your time in Clearwater Beach.

Event 1: Birds Crush Fest in Clearwater Beach on Sunday
The Eagles do not play until Monday night so why not throw the 1st Annual Birds Crush Fest in Clearwater Beach the day before!? We be hosting an outdoor event with tents, stage, multiple bands, former players, great food, and amazing drinks including unlimited Crushes. This is an all-day festival that only our partner Glenn from CoCo’s Crush Bar and Grill could dream up. This man helped open Xfinity Live and has some amazing bars down in Florida. 97.5 The Fanatic will also be broadcasting their show LIVE on Monday and Tuesday from this location.

Event 2: 3 Hour All-inclusive Tailgate Party with David Akers and Hollis Thomas and Game Tickets
Our Tampa tailgate at the stadium on Monday is going to be awesome! If you joined us for the playoff game against Tampa in January 2022, you already know the setup we had was amazing. DJ Erock has officially been hired and David Akers and Hollis Thomas will be hanging out with us before the game!
We secured a great location close to the stadium and will have some delicious food and great drink selection. More details coming soon.
Game tickets are upper level, but you can choose to upgrade to lower level with your group.

We have great direct flights (private charter) leaving PHI on Friday at 12:00PM and departing Tuesday at 1:00PM. 1 carry-on, 1 checked bag, and 1 personal item per person is included. No additional bag fees! Alcoholic drinks served on the plane to those 21+. If you have never flown on a private charter flight with us before, there is nothing like it.
